1: We are a third party service provider.
So as a consumer & service provider always take care of baggage / cash and carry during our services.
2: We charge the tax only if you cancel the ride or room booking request after confirmation and for completed tasks.
We do not refund in this case. So always check proper match on both ends to avoid fake tasks and offers.
