- How to cancel a ride or room booking?
- You can cancel the service provider number before you see it.
- You can cancel it after specified time.
- If you cancel the ride or room booking after viewing the contact details.
Note: It will be canceled immediately but you will have to pay penalty from both sides for booking fake rides or rooms. Since the company shows you the complete details of the vehicle or room before confirmation choose it wisely. And the company has full rights to permanently block your account for violating the company rules and regulations.
- How to book a ride?
- Open a mobile application as consumer.
- Select pick up and drop out point.
- Then click next to select your desired category and click on find driver and get multiple offers from drivers.
- How to book a Room?
- Open a mobile application as consumer
- Click on the options bar and then you will get two options through the fix rooms tab of hotels near your pin location along with room booking services.
- Fill the basic form and select the category then click on find rooms according to your budget and conditions. Then you will get multiple offers from room providers.
- How to get refund?
- We are a third party service provider. So as a consumer & service provider always take care of baggage / cash and carry during our services.
- We charge the tax only if you cancel the ride or room booking request after confirmation.
- We do not refund in this case. So always check proper match on both ends to avoid fake tasks and offers.
